As it seems like we may have a reasonable turnout for Palace away, would people be up for a more "official" type London Bluebirds meeting before the game? We could decide what to do with the available funds (pay to get this messageboard locked would be a start!), discuss if we want to charge for membership next season, supporters club affiliation etc. I know not everyone will be there, but I think it would be worthwhile. Don't think it would be a good idea to do it in a pub as I doubt anything would get agreed, but maybe we could meet somewhere early for a coffee near the designated pub and then go to the pub after "business" is concluded!!! We could even have a "First in the Starbucks" league!!! If people are up for this, we could use this forum to draw up a list of things to discuss, so we can produce an agenda which should provide some structure - I am happy to coordinate this. What do people think? PS No idea why I have typed this in italics!!!

I am up for this. However I disagree With the idea that the meeting can't be held in the pub. We will be relatively sober for the first hour or so and that will be all it takes to decide what we need. If our first decision is pub or coffe bar I vote pub.

We do need to sort some things out and so a meeting is needed. 'I'll be there' coffee house, pub or greasy spoon maybe?

Hi Glyn
I despair
Just called one LEWIS in the ticket office.
He says no tickets left.
Told me to talk to you.
This is pathetic of our ticket office. Whats the point in giving them a list and them not keeping tickets for those that have exprssed a wish to go.
I suppose I should have called them from the States on their premium line while I was on holiday.
I will getr in if I have to parachute in

Not only did they have your name on the list I wrote against your name that you were currently in the States. When I called up to pay for my own ticket I verbally reminded them of your position and they said " no problem " he can pay when he gets back.
I'll get on the case Nick.
