It is a very home fans pub so don't wear any obvious colours Glyn. We were there last season and it was very friendly. Great pub too plenty of good beers.

Just booked my train ticket from Swindon to Wolverhampton £31.60 return.
One change each way at Cheltenham.
Will be up there by 11.50.

Think the London train gets in at 11.14 and mine three minutes earlier. The pub is just behind the station you go down an underpass by the station in the opposite direction from town to get to it only about 5 minutes from the station. We will be well ensconced by the time you get there.

Got my ticket on Saturday. Never seen us lose at Wolverhampton but after Friday nights debacle fearing the worst.

Doing a bit o a google on the pub and station area and it looks like the subway may
be shut due to ongoing repairs.

Presumably there will be some sort of sign guiding you round the subway the pub is certainly is not far from the station. Quite a good pub near the theatre in the high street too.

Smashing pub the Great Western. Lots of old style Great Western brown and cream signage.
Included the old sign for Cardiff Queens Street.
Sadly this did not prove to be an omen and we were very poor again after the first 10 minutes.
An unpleasant ruck at half time on the concourse and more nonsense where the City coaches
were parked after the match ( on the way back to the station ) made me more depressed when I was reminded
how vile some of our teen and twenties fans are.
