Newcastle Utd (H) - Sat 29th April.
Cardiff City Football Club can confirm that our final home game of the 2016/17 season, against Newcastle United, has been brought forward to Friday, 28th April 2017 - 7:45pm kick-off after being selected for Sky Sports coverage.

Last home game of the season - who's going?
Looks like Glyn and Ross - any more?
I am going, and plan to be in the Chapter quite early as likely to be busy, especially as it is the Friday before the Bank Holiday - will aim to get there for about 5.30.
