    Leeds Utd (H) - 17th September

    12-30 KO and trains only going as far as Bristol Parkway. Busses for the remainder of the journey to Cardiff Central. Think I'll be watching this one down the local (SS1).

    Severn tunnel closed for several weeks in the Autumn so other games will also be affected.

    Are they going to fix the leak...I understand Brunel could not stop the leak so I imagine it is just minor repairs.

    It's to do with the electrification of the line to South Wales.

    The floor of the tunnel has to be lowered to fit in the overhead power cables.

    They did the Box tunnel earlier this year.

    So it will flood more often then.
    At least not being a rocket scientist I think that is the most likely result.

    Why don't they divert the trains through Gloucestershire like they used to?

    Good info Ross.
    I'm going to the game but not to the centre of Cardiff. Will park at Chapter but get a drink somewhere else
    or even in the CCS. Severn tunnel closed for the next 6 weeks.

    Chapter bar was serving at 11.30 when I parked there.

    Wish I'd stayed there. Piss poor second half from us. Rock bottom now.

    Thank the Lord Almighty that I am not known as AlwaysHome.

    In truth yet again we were unlucky in the first half BUT we were well beaten by the end.
    Leeds are certainly getting revenge for our 20 plus years of domination.

    Most of the moaners left after Leeds scored their second goal.

    A bit of booing from those around me at the end.
