The first annual London Bluebirds Race Day 2014
I have decided to organise this for the bit of the year in the middle when City don't play.
A Saturday in June or July is the idea.
Meet early at Waterloo in the bar above platform 1.
Go to the racetrack.. Sandown Epsom or Ascot like!
Have lunch and drink at the course.
Have a few bets.
Return to Waterloo.
More drinking.
That's the basic plan.
If I get three takers we have a runner!
No football involved but I imagine Chopra might be there.

Any one can come BUT it is a London Bluebirds race day so all girls and women are taking second place to us having fun that day.
Debbie is welcome. She can buy the first round because we all know you won't.

Here is the suggestion.
4 weeks from now!
A Wednesday.... because this is very difficult to organise on a Saturday.
Lingfield 21st May 2014 7 races FLAT. First race at 2pm.
Trains from Victoria. (About 45minutes) I suggest if it goes ahead we meet at a bar near Victoria that I will select.
We need at least 4 of us to make it work I guess.
Who wants to come?
I have never been to Lingfield but we have to go in the best part...jacket and tie please!

ABA the social event of this week takes place on the 23rd at Chelmsford @1900.
Essex Eagles v Glammy, Glammy, Glammy Glamorgan. T20 Blast. You know it makes sense.
