He came across very well in his initial interview on the club website, Mr. Admin. I have high hopes for the new season, but only if Tan changes and gives Barry-Murphy the autocracy and decision making powers that all football managers are normally entitled to. 
Apparently, he meets the wider press for a second interview sometime this afternoon.
