Newcastle away Sat 3 May 2014

We may be doomed by this game but then again I hope we will go down fighting and need something from St James......

I have looked at train fares from Kings X and no surprise the fare will be £100 plus (ouch!)

Re: Newcastle away Sat 3 May 2014

Because of a tradition that goes backs to 81/82 it was always going to be a compulsory attendance to this game so I have just splashed out on a £108 trainfare! Ouch!!

The General - I do have characteristics of OCD with the City! ;-)

General.
Unless you are trying to be alone it is a good idea to advise us which trains you have selected!

ABA - Yeah that would have been a good idea.....the 10.00 from Kings X and the 17.59 back.......
I have been told of a pub - referred to as ''the catherdral of beer''.....

Re: Newcastle away Sat 3 May 2014

We went to a decent pub on the "loyal supporters" trip to the FA Cup game at Newcastle - anyone on that trip remember the name of it?

ABA and I are coming back on the same train as you General, but we are going up on the 09:00 to give us more time in Newcastle. We will test you and Chris O to advise our pub location.

Ross - don't worry about texting me as I shall be on holiday in Spain! Hope you enjoy the game!!
